NEET is the entrance exam for admission in medical and related courses across India. The National Testing Agency conducts NEET. The exam takes place yearly. The students are offered seats in different medical colleges across the nation based on the ranking in NEET.  This year around 15.97 lakh students applied for the NEET examination and there was 85-90% attendance in the exam.

NEET 2020 was conducted on 13th September 2020 in pen and paper mode.  As per guidelines, the students were not allowed to appear for the test if they were residing in containment zones or were infected with Covid-19. For the Covid-19 affected candidates, a special examination is going to be conducted. Hence, these candidates will appear for the exam on 14th October.

The NEET 2020 result is expected to be published on 16th October.

  1. Go to the NTA NEET website:
  2. Click on ‘NEET UG 2020 result’
  3. Put in your login credentials
  4. The result will be displayed on your screen

In fact, currently, the answer key has been already uploaded on the website. The students can also verify the recorded responses of OMR answer sheets by logging in to the website as well.
